FARAB has implemented the Integrated Management System on the base of standards as follow as:
- ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System
- ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System
- OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
And also Health, Safety & Environmental Management System by using of HSE MS:1382 E&P Forum Guideline.
These standards & systems have been designed and established according to the service extension and the existing processes with the purpose of better perception of clients & interested party's needs and establishment of safe milieu and enthusiastic to the environment.
Also, FARAB has selected EFQM as a pattern to reach the Excellence and has committed to compliance with the standards and criteria.
FARAB has documented its obligations on annual basis and for the period of 5 years for the purpose of his mission and to fulfill client satisfaction. FARAB take necessary action about reviewing long and short period goals annually on the base of feedback received from Integrated Management System.
It is essential for FARAB to gain the reliance, confidence and satisfaction of suppliers, customers and personnel. As a result, FARAB directing manager believes that the quality policy is reviewed according to the new acquirements of FARAB.
The management representative is responsible for ensuring that the quality policy is understood at all levels at the company. The quality policy is reviewed when:
- The effectiveness of the quality management system being reviewed at management review meetings.
- Development of activities.
- New goals and objectives are being set.
