<span dir=\"RTL\">\u00bb<\/span>Gholamhossein Shafeii<span dir=\"RTL\">\u00ab<\/span>, Chairman of Iran&#8217;s Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Industries; <span dir=\"RTL\">\u00bb<\/span>Hamid Chitchian<span dir=\"RTL\">\u00ab<\/span>, Minister of Energy;
