Farab constructs the steam section of the Bampour Combined Cycle Power Plant
The contract for construction of the steam section of “Bampour Combined Cycle Power Plant” in Sistan and Baluchestan Province was signed and exchanged between the Thermal Power Plant Holding Co. and Farab Co.
According to Public Relations of Farab Co., Bampour Combined Cycle Power Plant has two 160 MW gas units, by construction of this steam unit, the capacity of this Combined Cycle Power Plant will increase to 480 MW.
With the construction of this steam unit, more than 190 million m3 of natural gas fuel consumption will be saved annually.
After Farab’s participation in the tender named and succeeded “transfer and development of Bampour Combined Cycle Power Plant” and succeeded in this tender and following the conclusion of contractual negotiations, the contract for this project was signed and exchanged between the Thermal Power Plant Holding Co. and Farab Co.
